Our custom cut whole lamb in a box comes with a variety of cuts that YOU choose!
Upon purchase you will be emailed a “cut up” sheet, this is where you get to choose your own cuts.
You can fill it out yourself or if you are unsure, we are happy to speak to you and give you the best possible guidance when choosing your own cuts.
If you would like lamb sausages, you may have to sacrifice some of the meat. That choice is yours, this is all about you and how you want your meat.
All of our meat is grass fed and grass finished.
Please allow approximately 14 days for the lamb to be sourced, hung and butchered unless of course we have one on hand ready to go.

Total combined weight is from 17kg – 25kg of the finest South Coast meat which will require it to be shipped in 2 boxes
Boxes are limited to 14kg as per courier specs. Shipping is built in to the cost of the lamb, you will not be charged extra for shipping for the lamb box
All meat is packed into cryovac bags which ensures a longer fridge and freezer life.
We ship once a fortnight, when your order has been picked up from our store you will receive your tracking number from the courier.
You are not limited to one pack, buy as many or as few as you would like or you can shop on the website and add as many extras as you would like to your order.
Boxes are limited to 14kg as per courier specs. You will be charged an extra fee per box upon checkout.
While we will put some frozen gel packs into the boxes, please make sure you are home to receive your meat delivery.
We will take no responsibility for your meat packs once it is delivered to your door.
