Beef tallow isn’t just more flavorful and a better option for high-heat cooking, it offers some surprising health benefits.

Tallow can be stored at room temperature with a shelf life of approximately 12 months or keep in the fridge for a longer shelf life.

Our tallow is made in cupcake moulds for convenience when cooking. Simply add 1 cup to your frying pan or BBQ

Cooking tallow will be sealed in a cryovac bag and can be sent via regular post

Each tallow cup weighs between 17 – 19 grams
