How to cook

Pan fry with butter or tallow in the frying pan on high for 5 – 10 minutes or until cooked through.

If posting interstate they will be frozen, if defrosted when they arrive you can re-freeze as they have slow thawed in cold conditions. Scrolls will be made the day before shipping and frozen then cryovaced.

As long as the meat has been stored properly and thawed slowly in less than 5 degree temps or below, it can be refrozen safely multiple times.
